Who you are buying from

Your contracting seller is the sole trader operating as TAB Pro, identified in Contact & legal information, which forms part of these terms. In these terms, “TAB Pro”, “we” and “us” refer to that seller. Our business address is 18 St Nicholas Street, Bristol, BS1 1UB, United Kingdom. Email hello@tabprotools.com. These terms apply to purchases through our online store. A consumer buys wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession; other purchases are business purchases.

Product, prices and availability

TAB Pro Jig — First Batch combines single and double socket layouts, fitted horizontal and vertical spirit levels, a central dividing edge, 67.5 mm and 37.5 mm references, flush multicolour markings and the finished TAB Pro design.

The Jig price is £21.95 GBP. UK Standard Tracked delivery is charged separately at £2.95. One Jig with standard delivery totals £24.90. TAB Pro is not VAT registered; VAT is not charged. The order total is shown before you place your order.

The first batch is limited to 10 units. Availability is shown on the product page and checked at checkout. Joining the first-batch interest list is not an order or reservation and does not guarantee stock.

Ordering, payment and acceptance

You can review and correct your order before submitting it. Placing an order is an offer to buy the goods. Our initial order-received email acknowledges that offer; it does not accept it.

Payment is normally collected at checkout using the payment method you select. Taking payment does not itself accept the order. We accept your order, and the contract is formed, when we send the dispatch confirmation. If an order is dispatched in parts, each dispatch confirmation accepts the goods listed in that confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil your order, for example because stock is unavailable, we will tell you promptly and refund any payment for the unfulfilled goods and applicable delivery charges. We will not substitute goods or increase an agreed price without your agreement. You may withdraw your order before acceptance.

Delivery and returns

We dispatch within 2–3 working days after ordering. Royal Mail Tracked 48 Large Letter has an estimated delivery aim of 2–3 working days after dispatch for most UK addresses, not a guarantee. The Shipping Policy explains postcode exceptions and delivery rights.

The Returns and Refund Policy explains cancellation, return costs and refunds, including customer-paid change-of-mind postage, our payment of reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, and the voluntary change-of-mind terms for business purchasers. Those policies form part of these terms.

Your rights and complaints

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights, liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Consumers elsewhere in the UK retain the mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction that apply to them. This clause does not remove those rights.

The terms provided with your order apply to that order. Later changes do not retrospectively change an existing contract.
