UK delivery and charges

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Large Letter. UK Standard Tracked shipping costs £2.95, charged separately from the product price. TAB Pro Jig — First Batch costs £21.95; one Jig with standard UK shipping totals £24.90. We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT.

We do not currently offer international delivery, local delivery or collection.

Dispatch and estimated delivery

We dispatch orders within 2–3 working days after ordering. Our dispatch working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

After dispatch, Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2–3 working days. This is a delivery estimate, not a guarantee or a promise of delivery within 48 hours. Delivery times can vary, and Royal Mail does not provide that delivery target for some postcodes. The dispatch period and delivery estimate are separate. We send a dispatch confirmation when your order has been handed to Royal Mail and include tracking details where available.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If there is a problem, contact hello@tabprotools.com. We will investigate with Royal Mail; you do not need to resolve the matter with the carrier yourself.

For consumers, goods remain our responsibility until you, or a person you nominate to receive them, take physical possession. We will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made unless a different period is expressly agreed. If delivery is late, your legal rights to set an appropriate further deadline or, where applicable, cancel immediately and receive a refund are unaffected.
